Our Refund Policy is pretty straight-forward.

Technical Issues

If you have any issues downloading or otherwise accessing your course materials, we just ask that you please contact support@breakthroughstrong.com before requesting a refund. Usually issues like that can be resolved quickly and easily. We really want you to enjoy and benefit from the life-changing products you purchased!

Any Other Reasons

If for any reason you’re not delighted with your purchase, that makes us sad. But we want to make sure you’re happy, so we will issue you a full refund so long as the request is made within 7-days of purchase. And you can keep everything you purchased. That’s our better than free guarantee.

Refund Process

We value your feedback, so as part of the refund process we may ask you a few parting questions to see if there’s anything we can improve in the future.

We try to process refunds quickly, but they can take up to two weeks in some instances.
